Alex is a recognized leader in the intellectual property profession including executive positions in IP management and content firms, including IHI’s MDC unit, and Thomson Reuters. Alex received his B.A. in International Studies from American University, and his MBA from Villanova University.
In addition to corporate leadership, Alex’s systemic approach focuses upon corporate and intellectual property strategy – particularly how firms can shift from reactive to proactive planning, management, and measurement through the use of appropriate analytic techniques.
Alex has a passion for helping clients align IP strategy with corporate strategy and is active in the Licensing Executives Society, the National Knowledge & IP Management Task Force, and American Society for Training and Development amongst other professional and personal interests. In 2011, Alex was recognized by Intellectual Asset Management (IAM) Magazine as one of the world's top 250 IP strategists.
